Refund Policy You can request our Return & Refund Service: Within 3 days of receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect, and is still in new or like-new condition (Enterprise product does not support return service if has been activated.). Within 3 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.
Ordering a product from our website is easy. Here are the steps:

3) If you wish to add more products, continue adding them to your cart.
4) Once you've finished adding products, click on "Proceed to Check Out."
5) If you're an existing customer, log in with your email ID and password.
6)If you're a new customer, select the "Register" option and click "Continue."
7) Provide the requested information and click "Continue."
8) Choose your preferred shipping method and click "Continue."
9) If you selected the Credit Card/Netbanking option, you'll be directed to the payment gateway website to complete your order.
10) If you chose another payment method, your order is now complete. Proceed to make your payment using the selected method.
While you can place an order as a guest, we recommend creating an account to make the checkout process faster and to access order history and tracking information.
We accept various payment methods, including Credit Card, Netbanking, and other payment options. You can choose the one that suits you best during the checkout process.
Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to change the shipping method. Please ensure you select the correct shipping method during the checkout process.
You can track the status of your order by logging into your account and visiting the "Order History" section. You'll find real-time updates on the progress of your order there.
To cancel an order, please send us an email with the order number included. We will proceed with the cancellation if the order has not been shipped yet.
In your cancellation email, make sure to provide your order number, which will help us identify and process your cancellation request efficiently.

If you encounter any issues with your order after it has been delivered, please contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in resolving any concerns.
Once we ship your order, a link to download your invoice will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. If necessary, you can also contact IZI Customer Care to assist you with your invoice. If items in your order are to be shipped at different times, each shipment will be invoiced separately. IZI cannot amend invoices after they have been issued and cannot combine multiple invoices.
In accordance with federal and state regulations, in some states, your online purchases from IZI will be taxed at the applicable sales rate according to your shipping address. Any additional duties incurred during the import process will be paid for by IZI. You may find sales tax details on your checkout page and invoice.
