Return Policy

  • Once the product is delivered there is a 7-day return window provided to the buyer.
  • Post the return window if there is an issue with the product or if any assistance is required please feel free to contact us at contact@izicart.com. Our team will be happy to assist you.
  • The buyer has the option to ask for either return or a replacement for the product within the return window.
  • The packaging, bill, and contents of the package should be intact in order to be eligible for return. The package shall not be eligible for return if the product has been tampered with or has been damaged by the buyer.
  • In order to avail of a return, the buyer must notify us at customer@izicart.comwith the email subject ‘Return and Order ID’.
  • In case of a refund, the amount will be transferred to the buyer’s bank account and the same will be reflected in 7-8 business days.
  • We shall reserve the right to restrict the exchange of any item purchased if the buyer in any way tampers with the product or damages it.
  • A return will not be available if product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
  • Courier charges shall be borne by IZI for return/replacement, in case of factors covered under the warranty terms.
  • Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been dispatched to the customers, courier charges in such cases shall be applicable.
