Shipping and Delivery
Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability. The estimated shipping time is shown for each product when you place an order. If your order includes several products, the estimated shipping time will depend on the product that will take the longest. We do not separate orders, nor do we separate combo products and ship them before the estimated shipping time. If you want to receive products individually as soon as they are available, please order them separately.

Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping on orders of 2000/- INR or more. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be shown on the address-filing page once the order is settled.
Aftersales Service
Refund Policy
You can request our Return & Refund Service:
Within 3 days of receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect, and is still in new or like-new condition (Enterprise product does not support return service if has been activated.).
Within 3 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.
Invoices
Once we ship your order, a link to download your invoice will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. If necessary, you can also contact IZI Customer Care to assist you with your invoice.
If items in your order are to be shipped at different times, each shipment will be invoiced separately. IZI cannot amend invoices after they have been issued and cannot combine multiple invoices.
Sales Tax In The India
In accordance with federal and state regulations, in some states, your online purchases from IZI will be taxed at the applicable sales rate according to your shipping address. Any additional duties incurred during the import process will be paid for by IZI. You may find sales tax details on your checkout page and invoice.
Coupons
Please read through the rules below as well as the rules on each coupon before using.
Usage
- One coupon per order.
- Available products and purchase quantity for each type of coupons may be different. For select products and purchase quantities, the coupons are not applicable.
- Each coupon has a validity period. Coupons will be invalid after this period. You can check coupon descriptions for their validity period in My Account – My Gift Cards and Coupons.
Other
- Some coupons are bound to your IZI account, and cannot be shared with others. Please contact customer service if you need assistance.
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, and you cannot ask for an invoice at the discounted value. Coupons can be used along with IZI Credit.
- For orders that use coupons, if the product is refunded, the coupon will be returned to your account when the refund process is complete.
